Spirare Energy offers high-precision liquid sampling systems engineered for representative, closed-loop collection of low-to-medium vapor pressure process liquids across refineries, petrochemical complexes, and chemical processing facilities.

Utilizing sealed septum collection bottles and specialized non-coring dual-needle dispensing assemblies, our liquid samplers ensure complete operator safety by preventing volatile organic compound (VOC) exposure and chemical splashes during the sampling sequence.

Available across the LS Series, LV Series (fixed volume chambers for hazardous media), LI Series, and LB Series, these units can be equipped with continuous fast-loop circulation, inert gas needle purging, and bottle enclosure cooling or heating to suit extreme process conditions.

High Viscous – RAM-Type In-Line Samplers with Zero Dead-Zone

Designed specifically for difficult process media where conventional samplers clog, Spirare Energy's LR Series In-Line Liquid Samplers handle high-viscosity liquids, polymers, asphalt, resins, slurries, and crystallizing fluids with zero dead volume.

The heavy-duty RAM piston strokes directly into the center of the process pipe to break through internal crusts or sludge layers, extracting a truly representative fluid sample without product stagnation.

To prevent viscous fluids from solidifying within the sampling path, systems can be equipped with integrated steam or electrical heating jackets, cooling jackets, and solvent flush stations that thoroughly clean wetted passages after each cycle.

Liquified Gas – Closed-Loop Systems with Outage Tube & Expansion Chamber

Spirare Energy's Liquified Gas Sampling Systems (GS6–GS11) are custom-engineered for the safe, representative, and emission-free collection of pressurized liquefied gases, including LPG, propane, butane, propylene, and volatile light hydrocarbons.

Because liquefied gases expand dramatically with minor ambient temperature rises, our systems feature internal outage dip tubes or secondary expansion chambers to guarantee a mandatory minimum 20% vapor headspace, fully complying with ASTM D1265 and DOT/TPED safety regulations.

Equipped with single-handle synchronized valve linkages, continuous fast-loop routing, and dedicated Nitrogen purge connections, the system clears connection lines prior to uncoupling, eliminating hazardous VOC discharge and operator exposure.

Gas – Emission-Free Cylinder Samplers with Fast-Loop Bypass

Spirare Energy's GS Series Gas Samplers are engineered for the safe, representative, and emission-free extraction of pressurized gases, natural gas, syngas, toxic vapors, and hydrogen gas mixtures.

Using DOT/TPED certified transportable sample cylinders fitted with high-integrity quick-connect couplings, the GS Series establishes a completely sealed flow loop. Fast-loop bypass routing maintains process velocity, delivering fresh representative sample directly to the cylinder inlet.

Integrated Nitrogen purge lines and flare vent routing manifolds depressurize and decontaminate the quick-disconnect fittings prior to cylinder removal, safeguarding plant technicians from toxic chemical contact.
