Spirare Energy's LR Series In-Line Liquid Samplers are specifically designed for demanding sampling applications involving high-viscosity liquids, slurries, polymers, heavy hydrocarbons, resins, and crystallizing media. Featuring a robust RAM-type piston valve mechanism, the piston physically strokes into the process pipe to break through any crust, sludge layer, or dead-leg accumulation, ensuring a genuinely representative sample.

Operating at media pressures below 8 Bar.g (with high-pressure custom ratings available upon request), the LR Series is available with both soft and metal-to-metal seating. To prevent viscous fluids from solidifying or cooling inside the sampling chamber, systems can be equipped with integrated steam/electrical heating jackets, cooling jackets, or solvent purge flushing stations that clear internal wetted passages post-sampling.

Offered in four purpose-built configurations (LR1 through LR4)—including Purge Type, RAM Purge, Fixed Volume with Thermal Jacketing, and Fixed Volume with Solvent Flushing—the LR Series delivers exceptional reliability, zero clogging, and complete operator safety in chemical, refining, asphalt, petrochemical, and polymer processing facilities worldwide.
