HOKE offers a comprehensive range of instrumentation valves for precise flow control, dependable isolation, and pressure management across critical process and analytical applications. The portfolio includes needle, ball, metering, manifold, gauge, hand, double block and bleed, packless, plug, toggle, check, bleed, and relief valves.Depending on the product series, HOKE valves are available in sizes from 1/16 inch to 1 inch and in materials including 316/316L stainless steel, brass, carbon steel, Monel 400, and Hastelloy C-276. A variety of NPT, BSP/BSPP, and GYROLOK end connections enables each valve to be configured according to the process medium, operating conditions, installation standard, and specific application requirements.

HOKE GYROLOK® twin-ferrule tube fittings provide leak-tight, high-integrity connections for critical process and instrumentation systems. Available in fractional sizes from 1/16" to 2" (plus metric sizes) in 316 Stainless Steel, Brass, Monel, Hastelloy C-276, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, Titanium, Alloy 6Mo, Duplex 2205, and Super Duplex 2507. Configurations include male/female connectors, unions, elbows, tees, reducers, dielectric fittings, calibration fittings, chromatography fittings, and flanged adapters.

HOKE Pipe Fittings

HOKE Precision Instrument Pipe Fittings are manufactured with precision NPT tapered threads exceeding ANSI B1.20.1 standards to ensure reliable, leak-free sealing across severe process conditions. Available in Brass and 316 Stainless Steel (heat code traceable with CMTRs), as well as Monel, Hastelloy C, Inconel, and Titanium. Operating temperatures range from -198°C to +648°C (-325°F to +1200°F) with high-pressure ratings across nipples, couplings, reducers, adapters, elbows, tees, and crosses.

Designed for Flomite®, Selectomite®, and DL/TL ball valves, pneumatic actuators are available in spring-return and double-acting configurations for 90° or 180° operation, with manual override provided as standard.For electrically operated systems, HOKE offers weather-proof actuators in 115 VAC and 24 VDC versions. Complete HOKE valve-actuator assemblies deliver dependable automation for on-off switching, flow selection, sampling, and metering across instrumentation and process applications.

HOKE Sampling Cylinders

Engineered for safe and reliable sample collection, HOKE sampling cylinders are manufactured in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation specifications and the European Union Transportable Pressure Equipment Directive 2010/35/EU.Constructed from seamless tubing or pipe, the cylinders feature increased wall thickness around the threaded ends to help prevent expansion during valve installation. The internal bore is sandblasted to remove surface imperfections and provide a consistent internal finish.Available in single-ended and double-ended configurations, standard capacities range from 10 ml to 3.5 US gallons—approximately 13 litres.

HOKE CT76 Modular Systems

HOKE CT76 combines diaphragm-valve technology with a compact, low-dead-volume platform for sample-conditioning and low-flow control systems. Compliant with ANSI/ISA-76.00.02, its modular surface-mount design offers flexible system configuration, clear flow-path tracing, and efficient integration of valves, filters, regulators, and other analyser components.At the heart of CT76 stream switching, HOKE double block-and-bleed diaphragm valves provide dependable isolation and controlled venting in a compact module. With no springs, bellows, packing, dynamic O-rings, or lubricants in the wetted flow path, the design helps minimise sample contamination. DBB configurations can accommodate up to 12 sample streams within a single module.
