Spirare Energy offers high-precision LS Series Liquid Samplers engineered for closed-loop representative sampling of liquids across refining, chemical, and petrochemical industries. Designed to handle hazardous, volatile, or toxic liquids safely, the LS Series eliminates atmospheric emissions and protects plant operators from volatile organic compound (VOC) exposure.
Operating at media pressures below 8 Bar.g (115 psig) and vapor pressures below 0.7 Bar.g (10 psig), the LS Series utilizes a sealed septum bottle with dual-needle dispensing to maintain full containment before, during, and after sample extraction. Standard wetted parts are manufactured in SS 316/316L with exotic alloy options available for corrosive chemical services.
Available in seven engineered configurations (LS1 through LS7) ranging from basic on/off sampling to advanced fast-loop bypass systems with inert gas needle purging and reverse flow line back-purging, Spirare Energy delivers custom sampling solutions configured to meet strict international process safety standards.

Sleeve & Retainer Assembly

Heavy-duty protective sleeve with viewing slot and secure bottle retainer assembly. Custom volumes on request.
Process Connections
1/4" OD / NPT (Standard)
Compression tube fittings or female NPT threads. Options: 3/4", 1/2", Flanged ANSI Class 150/300/600. Larger sizes are also available on request.

Standard clear glass bottles, Schott Duran / Borosil borosilicate laboratory bottles with septum caps.

Spring Return Deadman Handle
Fail-safe spring return handle that automatically snaps valve to closed position when released by the operator.
Floor / Pipe Stand Assembly
2" NB robust stanchion pipe mount or MS / carbon steel (galvanized/powder-coated) or SS 304/316 mounting stand.
Automatic Sampling Options
Pneumatic or electric actuator with solenoid valve, push-button station, or PLC-controlled timed sampling cycles.
Nitrogen / Solvent Purge Systems
Integrated inert gas needle purging system with pressure regulators, check valves, and needle valves.
Thermal Heating & Cooling Jackets
Steam tracing, electrical heating jackets, or sample coolers for high-temperature or freezing-prone process fluids.
