Unipolar Electrolyzer Cell Technology (Up to 50 Nm³/hr)
Spirare Energy manufactures low pressure cells known as the 'Sealed Unipolar Cell' in our state-of-the-art manufacturing works in Noida. Built with decades of refined engineering expertise, the sealed cell architecture delivers exceptional longevity, zero gas leakage, and uncompromised operator safety.
Sealed Design – No contact of electrolyte with the atmosphere. Due to its hermetically sealed design, there is zero loss of Hydrogen Gas or electrolyte during operation, ensuring clean, continuous, and highly economical hydrogen production for dedicated industrial utilities.
Even when the Sealed Unipolar Cell plant is switched off, no eddy currents flow in the system. This fundamental electrical isolation ensures sustained efficiency and zero change in power consumption even after several years of continuous industrial operation.

Bipolar Electrolyzer Cell Technology (Up to 40,000 Nm³/hr)
The High Pressure Hydrogen Gas Generating System was developed by our associates PERIC on the basis of extensive scientific research and multi-gigawatt global operational experience, delivering pressurized hydrogen directly to the process at up to 30 Bar.g without the use of compressors.
By generating hydrogen at direct process pressures, the system eliminates capital-intensive and maintenance-heavy mechanical gas compression, significantly reducing total lifecycle energy consumption and plant complexity.
The membrane is configured with Asbestos or Non-asbestos materials depending on customer specifications. Purity exceeds 99.999%, with dew points better than (-)70°C and oxygen impurities less than 1 ppm reliably achieved through integrated catalytic deoxypurification skids.

Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Technology
During PEM electrolysis, electricity is used to split pure demineralized water molecules (H2O) into high-purity Hydrogen (H2) and Oxygen (O2) without the use of liquid caustic chemical electrolytes.
The electrolysis process operates through three precision steps: First, purified water is fed into the anode. Second, an electric current is applied, which splits water into Hydrogen ions (protons), electrons, and oxygen. Third, the Hydrogen protons get conducted through the solid proton exchange membrane to the cathode, where they react with electrons from the power supply to form Hydrogen gas.
PEM technology provides rapid dynamic response and high partial-load flexibility, making it the premier choice for direct integration with variable renewable energy generation like solar PV and wind power.

Solid Oxide Electrolyzer Cell (SOEC) Technology
A Solid Oxide Electrolyzer Cell (SOEC) is a solid oxide fuel cell operating in regenerative mode to achieve the high-efficiency electrolysis of water and/or carbon dioxide by using a solid ceramic oxide electrolyte to produce hydrogen gas (and/or carbon monoxide) and oxygen.
Solid oxide electrolyzer technology operates at high thermal temperatures between 700°C – 800°C. By supplying a substantial portion of the endothermic reaction energy as heat rather than expensive electrical power, electrical energy demand is dramatically reduced.
SOEC systems achieve the highest thermodynamic conversion efficiency in the industry, making them ideal for integration with waste industrial steam, steel mills, nuclear power, and green chemical synthesis.

Spirare Energy designs and delivers fully integrated Alkaline Unipolar hydrogen generation plants engineered around our proprietary Sealed Unipolar Cell architecture, operating at low pressure up to 50 cubic meters per hour.
Engineered for low-pressure Hydrogen Gas Generating Systems (GGS), these packaged skids offer exceptional operational reliability and simplicity. The hermetically sealed design prevents any electrolyte contact with the atmosphere, completely eliminating corrosive chemical vapors and ensuring zero loss of hydrogen gas during continuous operation.
