Spirare Energy's LI Series In-Line Liquid Samplers are designed for direct installation into active process pipelines, flanged vessel nozzles, or reactor outlets. By extracting grab samples directly from the moving fluid stream, the LI Series eliminates long sample takeoff tubing, minimizes lag time, and completely avoids stagnant dead legs, delivering instantaneous representative liquid samples.
Operating at media pressures below 8 Bar.g (with high-pressure custom valve ratings available upon request) and vapor pressures below 0.7 Bar.g, the LI Series utilizes a spring-loaded deadman safety handle and a sealed septum bottle interface. Available in robust SS 316/316L, Hastelloy, Monel, and specialized PTFE-lined valves for highly corrosive acids and aggressive chemical media, the LI Series guarantees zero operator exposure and total environmental emission containment.
Offered in three specialized configurations—In-Line Ball Type (LI1), In-Line Needle Type (LI2), and In-Line Needle with Continuous Purging (LI3)—Spirare Energy configures tailored in-line liquid sampling stations with flanged, NPT, or compression connections for chemical processing, refining, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical plants globally.
