Spirare Energy's LV Series Fixed Volume Liquid Samplers are engineered for high-pressure and critical process applications where liquid operating pressures exceed 8 Bar.g, and an exact, predetermined sample volume must be safely extracted without exposing plant personnel or the surrounding atmosphere to volatile compounds.

Featuring an integrated fixed-volume chamber isolated by high-integrity switching valves, the LV Series captures an exact volumetric sample of process fluid under full line pressure. Once isolated from the active process line, the trapped sample is safely collected into a sealed septum glass bottle, eliminating overfilling risks and operator exposure, meanwhile fixed sample cylinder is purged via a dedicated Nitrogen (N2) purge connection.

Engineered for liquids with vapor pressures below 0.7 Bar.g (10 psig), the LV Series is fabricated with standard wetted components in SS 316/316L (with exotic alloys like Hastelloy and Monel available). With specialized configurations including threaded connections (LV1), continuous fast-loop needle purging (LV2), and thermal heating/cooling tracing (LV3), Spirare Energy provides robust, custom-engineered sampling solutions for high-pressure refining, petrochemical, and specialty chemical facilities worldwide.
